'No!

OK, so there's this great stuff called 'no (read: snow), and this last week Mom & Dad finally introduced me to it. Well, OK, they say that I got to spend time in it last year, but hello, I was only, what, five months old? Who remembers that?!

So they really first introduced it to me on Wednesday. We went on walks in it and played in it--it's great for stomping (it makes a great crunching sound) and holding (yeah, it gets cold, but so what?), and it was fun to see everyone out playing and making things with it.

It was mostly gone by yesterday, but you know: when it goes away it leaves rivers of water running down the road, and I actually think that's even more fun: Mom says I scandalized some Jordanian families when I went stomping through the puddles and then stopped to splash it with my hands. But seriously: how fun is that? Who wouldn't want to play in it!

So . . . Happy January, and enjoy the pictures!

A couple of days after Christmas, Mom & Dad and some friends and I went up north to the Yarmouk River (formerly the "Jabbock" River--think "Jacob wresting with God"). Fortunately, our "blessing" came without a night-long struggle . . . what a day it was!
