Life as I Know It

So, I was thinking the other day that it's kind-of a shame that I sometimes wait until something "major" happens to blog about it. I mean, isn't there enough in just living that's worth celebrating?

So here's a go at just celebrating life as it is: the things I do, the way it is. This first picture is me sporting accessories I can actually put on myself: the glasses and the boots. Not bad, if I do say so myself.

The next pictures are just of kind-of normal places around town: a short pillar downtown, a puddle on the way out to the street (I don't know, though: that might count as a special occasion!), the archway just behind our house. There's an empty lot back there that Mom hasn't let me go into yet, but some day she'll just have to: there's a great big fig tree and lots of overgrown bushes; who knows what kind of adventures I can have back there!

There are two pictures of me out in Abu Suus, an area  not far from Mom's school. And yes, I suppose that may look a bit like an advertisement for "Baladna" milk, but really it's just me saying "Hey, Mom: will you hold this? I only need the straw now."

And then, well, just me I guess. And two videos. Mom says the last one makes her happy even when she's grouchy. Fair enough: I thought it was pretty exciting, too!
